ALL WELCOME! You do NOT need to be “fit” or stay for the full 2 hours. Any help is MUCH APPRECIATED!

1pm (or later) - Meet us at East End by Paris Plage for a kōrero - briefing. Look for the Sustainable Taranaki flag!
BYO gloves and buckets if possible, but we'll provide some if needed!

3pm (or earlier) - Meeting back to drop off all the trash collected (we will separate all items to divert as much as we can from the landfill)

This public event will run alongside a Nature Cleanup co-organised with the New Plymouth Boys’ High School. They will clean the Te Henui walkway and join the public community cleanup at Autere - East End Beach.

No RSVP required! Just show up!

The aim of this event is:

- to clean this location the best we can
- to divert trash from the landfill
- to engage and educate our community about waste and recycling
- to create a fun and meaningful event for families to connect with the environment and take action towards bettering sustainability/conservation

This event is part of Taranaki TimeBank and you can use your hours later to exchange skills, time and knowledge. Learn more about Taranaki TimeBank here: www.taranakitimebank.org

See you on Wednesday 21 May at 1pm (or later) at East End!**
