Leith Road Planting, Ōkato

Invitation for people (all welcome) to come along and plant out a hillside.

This is the second year of plantings and is nearby the beautiful Puketi pa.
Approximately 450 trees to be planted.

FITNESS LEVEL: The site is easily accessible but given trees need to be planted on the hillsides you'll need to be a bit sturdy on your feet.

WHAT TO BRING: a spade, gloves, sun hat, sunscreen, , raincoat, long pants and long sleeve top, drink bottle, good footwear sturdy footwear.
